Chef & Owner Francois,  of the Virgin Islands; developed a love for food at a very early age. On one day last year decided to take a risk during Covid to open a Catering Business following life long dream we had. I started with a simple idea: provide great food, a great selection, and over-the-top customer service to every client. Our partners have over 57 years of combined experience in the food service industry. Each of them believes that you can find good food anywhere, but customer service is what separates good from GREAT! We strive to build lasting relationships with each of our clients and operate by the philosophy that we want to uplift each and every one!
